Unstructured Workshop

(Susan says) “We are an uninstructed workshop for emerging and independent artists in all media who wish to share camaraderie with diverse artists in beautiful Umbria.  We welcome people who love to draw, paint, photograph, or just enjoy the hill towns and countryside.  I live and work in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado and have been fortunate to combine my two passions, teaching and painting. I have been employed as a college art instructor for 20 years.  Due to living in Saudi Arabia for seven years, I have been able to travel and paint fairly widely overseas.  Four of my richest travel experiences have been in Italy, a country I am most enthused to share with others.”
There are already quite a few accomplished artists signed up for this workshop and in the past we’ve found that the push and pull of creating together can be as inspiring as studying with an instructor.  Susan will moderate many critiques for those interested, and the schedule of hill-town trips and studio time will be just like our other workshops.
